"But can't Vizual Graphix rescue my data?"

YES. We always assess the situation and try to rescue the data locally with our special software. If we determine that the data cannot be recovered via logical methods, we will suggest sending the drive into HD911 for an inspection ($125 fee, applied towards final recovery cost) where they will determine how much of the drive is recoverable. Within 24 hours of receiving the drive, HD911 will contact us with the results and price quote.
